Broadband Wireless Access Technologies (IEEE802.16/ WiMAX) seminar has taken place in Bucharest, Romania at 21-23 November, by organization of Alvarion Company from Israel. KONSING took part with two members.

15th Annual Convention and 1st
Business Conference for companies
participating at the Promotion of Serbian Economy; 12-13.11.2005., Las Vegas, USA
he Promotion of Serbian Economy has taken place in Las Vegas, at 12-13 November, by organization of Serbian Unity Congress.
The Aim of this promotion was to introduce businessmen from USA, and Serbian Diaspora in USA to Serbia as an interesting market for business and investment.
Leading Serbian companies from various market branches, presented their products and services, with intention to renew contacts, exchange ideas and initiate business cooperation.
As a leader in providing services in Telecommunications, KONSING also took part in the Serbian Economy Promotion. Our representatives, including General Manager Mr. Zdenko Lekan and President of the Board of Directors Mr. Sal Jesuele, along with Financial and Technical Director, attended the seminar and presented KONSING's recent achievements and future business projects.

Washington, USA; 13 November, 2005
More than 150 businessmen and various institution
representatives from USA and Serbia and Montenegro
took part in a two day Conference about supporting
and fortifying business relations and investments
into Serbia and Montenegro economy.
The conference took place from 13-15th of November
and it was organized by Serbia and Montenegro.
KONSING's General Manager Mr. Zdenko Lekan
attended this Conference among others, as well as
USA Ambassador in Serbia and Montenegro Mr. Michael
Polt, who encouraged American businessmen to invest
into Serbia and Montenegro, saying that this is the
right moment for such as investment, because of the
low value of real-estate and economical and
political stability achieved.

WiMAX World 2005 Conference & Exposition; 26-27.10.2005., Boston, USAKONSING's expert team of 3 engineers, successfully completed WiMAX sponsored conference. WiMAX conference had been taken place in Boston, USA.
Conference's purpose was the reflection of potentials of new WiMAX wireless broadband technology.
WiMAX is WAN technology, based on 802.16 standards and the primary function is the wireless Internet access where fixed access is not possible.
The Company is now ready to face the challenges in the new technology in all aspects of communications.

Attendance to Alvarion Company in
Israel (Tel Aviv)Our Company was organized attendance to Alvarion Company in Israel (Tel Aviv), for Telekom Srbija’s experts, in period from 29.08.2005 to 02.09.2005. Alvarion is WLL equipment distributor (by indentation) for Telekom Srbija, for project construction wireless mobile network realization in rural areas of Raška’s region.
During this attendance, new software and hardware solutions in eMGW system has been described for Telekom Srbija WLL project managers. Also, has been organized conference related to activity and strategy on current and future jobs in the field of wireless communications.

Celebrating 10 years of Konsing

MTS LocationAs a part of the flood support initiative for mid
Banat region, for the requirements of the Mobile
Telephony of Serbia 064, KONSING has launched an operational mobile telephony base
station and RR link for its connection, in only one
day and under difficult conditions. Base station has
been transported through the flooded region and
assembled in the center of the village Jaša
Tomić
in the area which was not affected by the flood.
This has significantly improved the communication of
the affected population and rescue services as the
telecommunication services in this region had
undergone severe disruptions.
In order to reinstate the fixed phone telephony in
the flooded village Jaša Tomić,
Konsing has assembled and
launched a RR connection Jaša Tomić
- Sečanj which has enabled the phone
center in Jaša Tomić its
proper functioning.

First Part of radio planning and site survey in Bulgaria has been successfully finished in extremely hard conditions. It's been more than 250 sites elaborated in the following regions: Sophia, Plovdiv, Seaside of the Black Sea.

Further maintenance of QMS
Certification (JUS ISO 9001:2001)
KONSING keeps the right to continue further maintenance of Quality Management System Certification, including the Certification Sign, according to the model of the standard JUS ISO 9001:2001 for the project design, installation and maintenance of telecommunication systems. This is the decision of PANCERT, Certification Body of Jugoinspekt-Novi Sad, confirmed on Feb. 01.2005.
This decision has been taken after the regular visit of Certification Monitoring Commission, which verified and confirmed that QMS in KONSING is harmonized with the standard requirements. Based on QMS implementation, KONSING realizes the setting goals and the strategy, as well as the customer satisfaction regarding the quality of the services. The regular QMS maintenance is accompanied in cooperation with the consulting company AQA (Belgrade), which is specialized for services in the domain of Quality.
Telekom Serbia Expands Its Broadband Network Using Wireless Access
Telekom Serbia A.D. selected Alvarion's advanced eMGW(TM) system, to establish and upgrade its telecommunications infrastructure in suburban and rural areas of the country.
The eMGW solution, operating on 3.5 GHz, will provide wireless voice and fast Internet services for homes and small business in a number of Serbia's southern regions. The eMGW field-proven system is a cost-effective infrastructure solution for building new networks especially in a mountainous region with low-density population with rough terrain.
KONSING, as the local partner in the project, is responsible for design and engineering and Alvarion's regional distributor, TeleGroup d.o.o., is responsible for expediting equipment importation and installing customer premises equipment (CPEs).

Equipment installation of BS’s and CPU’s has already begun and completion is expected by June 2005.
Our Professional and Business Success in 2004
KONSING enjoyed a very successful and eventful year in 2004 with many new state-of-the art telecommunication projects wherein it provided in depth engineering and consulting services. The Financial Report for 2004 likewise was very successful with income in excess of 14.5 million US$. The latter figure represents a growth of 100% compared to the previous year.
3rd GSM Network Project in Bulgaria
KONSING in cooperation with Ericsson Bulgaria started a new GSM Network Project for BTC (Bulgarian Telecommunications Company), recently privatized leading Bulgarian telecommunication operator and owner of the 3rd Bulgarian GSM licence.
Our expert team is engaged in starting phase of radio planning and location assessment of mobile base station in this very dynamic and ambitious project. It is planed to provide signal and services to customers in large cities (Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas, Varna) by April 2005.
Very Successful Previous Year
One very successful year is behind us.
Only in December 2004., KONSING installed and released 41 mobile base station, 6 radio-relay links and optimized 10 more sites for Serbian leading telecom operator.
